What are the advantages of hollow plant capsules?

Advantages of hollow plant capsules:

1. Low water content, 5%-8%. Strong moisture resistance, the contents are not easy to agglomerate, and the capsule shell is not easy to deform, become brittle and hard. 
2. There is no risk of cross-linking reaction, no interaction and high stability. Since hydroxypropyl methylcellulose is a cellulose derivative, there is no risk of cross-linking reaction of protein substances in gelatin.
It has low storage requirements and is easy to transport:
It is hardly brittle in a low humidity environment, has good stability at high temperatures, and the capsule does not deform.
